Catherine is Of Counsel at Wildgen, a Luxembourg leading law firm. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989 and to Luxembourg Bar in 2013, Catherine is based in both Luxembourg and Paris where she leverages her 20-year experience to guide her clients through the combined Luxembourg and French added-values. She specialises in corporate law and more specifically on European company law and cross-border transactions. Catherine also provides legal services and assistance for investment in art, assisting galleries, experts, auction companies, artists, individuals and institutions. Her team includes lawyers who are experienced in art law and international transactions. Catherine is also member of the French association Institut Art & Droit.
Mr. Arendt is the Managing Director of Natural Le Coultre Luxembourg SA whose corporate purpose is to build, own, lease and manage the Luxembourg Freeport, a state of the art, high-end, secure facility for the storage of fine art and other valuables in a tax friendly environment under customs supervision.
Prior to joining NLC, Mr. Arendt was the Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer of Cargolux Airlines International SA and a member of its Executive Committee from October 1998 to December 2011. From 1994 until 1998, he was a member of the Management team of Banque Générale du Luxembourg SA and from 1990 until 1994 he was Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Arendt is a lawyer by education and holds LLM’s from King’s College, London University and New York University School of Law. He practiced law for several years with the Luxembourg law firm of Arendt & Medernach and the New York law firms of Shearman & Sterling and Debevoise & Plimpton.
Mr. Arendt was named CFO of the Year 2009 by CFO World.

Alain has a long standing experience within the wealth management industry. For 13 years he was a Director with the Edmond de Rothschild Group. Prior to this Alain was Founder and Managing Director of Advena Management, one of the first multi family offices in the US exclusively catering for the US needs of GCC families. Alain has extensive experience in the field of Art & Finance, having set up in 2001 the Ariane de Rothschild Prize, a contemporary art competition promoting the talents of new emerging European artists. While studying in the US, Alain set up Mestat Works of Art, an Art consultancy boutique promoting young European artists. He is an active member of PAIAM. He is currently the Managing Partner of PassionProtect®, a boutique Art & Finance advisory firm focusing on Asset Protection and Wealth Management strategies for collectors of art & valuables. Furthermore Alain is the European Director for Art Capital Group (ACG), one of the largest specialty art financing boutiques in the US. Alain has a Bachelor and a Masters from Brandeis University in International Economics and Finance. He is also a graduate from INSEAD.
